General Sales Conditions (GTC) ‍ 1. Scope: These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all services offered by 3formes, in the fields of graphic design, branding, and the development of sites or web/mobile applications. ‍ 2. Order & quotation: All services are subject to a detailed quotation, valid for 30 days. The order is considered firm and final as soon as the quotation is signed and/or a deposit is paid (generally 30 to 50% of the total amount). ‍ 3. Completion times: Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the customer's responsiveness, the complexity of the project or the changes requested. Any delay attributable to the customer (late validation, lack of content, etc.) may lead to a delay in deadlines. ‍ 4. Changes & revisions: The quotation includes a limited number of round trips or revisions. Any additional changes or changes not originally planned will be the subject of an additional estimate. ‍ 5. Payment: Invoices are payable within 30 days unless otherwise agreed. In case of late payment, penalties may be applied according to the legal rates in force. ‍ 6. Copyright & property: The rights to use the creations (logos, models, sites, etc.) are transferred to the customer only after full payment of the service. Before that, all deliverables remain the property of the service provider. ‍ 7. Obligations of the client: The client undertakes to provide all the information necessary for the smooth running of the project, within the agreed deadlines. He is also responsible for the content provided (texts, images, etc.), especially in terms of copyright. ‍ 8. Responsibility: The service provider is committed to providing professional work that complies with technical standards. However, he cannot be held responsible in the event of a malfunction related to a host, a third party or to the incorrect use of the site by the customer. ‍ 9. Maintenance & evolutions: Any maintenance service, update or post-delivery evolution will be the subject of a separate estimate, unless a maintenance contract has been concluded in advance. ‍ 10. Disputes: In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavour to find an amicable solution. Otherwise, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts of the provider's head office.
